Hello, I’m Boye

I am a coach, leader, advisor, strategist and pastor who is a committed lifetime learner with a passion for leadership and business development. This passion propels me to go above and beyond in providing help for people and organizations who want to get a grip and unleash their hidden gems. Armed with over 20 years of career experience spanning the areas of Management, I.T, People Development, Consulting, and Executive Leadership, I have discovered and practiced principles that have helped me grow and help many other individuals and organizations with tangible results.

Many years ago, after earning my National Diploma in Engineering, I wanted to advance my passion for I.T. I fell in love with an international I.T training company, the best in Nigeria at the time and really wanted to take a course there. The problem was that I didn’t have the money and the certificate course I wanted would cost 145,000 naira. In 2001, that was a lot of money
